On April 14, Wuesthoff Rehabilitation Services and TEPAS Breast Center hosted a lymphedema support group and informative seminar called “Finding the Fun in Lymphedema”. The event took place at TEPAS Breast Center in Melbourne, Florida. Members of the Wuesthoff Lymphedema support group, TEPAS Breast Center patients, and many new faces attended for education, support, and fun. 
An informative question and answer session took place with a panel of six lymphedema therapists from Wuesthoff Rehabilitation, Dr. Clifford Gelman, a surgeon at TEPAS Breast Center and Dr. Ravi Shankar, a radiation oncologist at Cancer Care Centers of Brevard. Physicians and therapists were wrapped to demonstrate the techniques and allow them to feel what their patients’ therapy is like. Tours of the TEPAS Breast Center showcased the comprehensive services provided before, during and after breast cancer. Guests also enjoyed door prizes and hors d’oeuvres…a “fun” time for all.
